CTM, a subsidiary of CITIC Telecom International Holdings, is committed to the ‘Digital Macau’ Development project. In order to enhance the quality of outreach medical services, CTM helped the non-profit medical service organization under Federação das Associações dos Operarios de Macau to develop a one-stop outreach e-health record service.

Mr. Vandy Poon, CEO of CTM stated that, through the e-health record App and mobile communications devices developed by CTM, frontline medical staff could not only enhance their efficiency, but also get access to patient’s e-health record from Cloud anytime, thus enabling them to track patient’s treatment progress easily. Besides, in order to safeguard the privacy of both patients and medical staff, CTM has introduced electronic authentication for such App, making it the first outreach e-medical App which has electronic authentication in Macau.
