CITIC Telecom International Holdings Limited (“CITIC Telecom” or the “Group”; stock code: 1883) held the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) at JW Marriott Ballroom, Level 3, JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong, Pacific Place, 88 Queensway, Hong Kong on 20 May 2024.

Mr. Luo Xicheng, Chairman hosted the AGM. Shareholders voted according to the resolutions presented in the meeting, and had active interaction and discussion on the Group’s business strategies and future development with the management.

Management mentioned in the meeting that AI, big data, new 5G applications will bring opportunities to the Group as the S&T revolution and industry transformation accelerate innovation development in various industries. CITIC Telecom will continue to develop new businesses and launch new innovative products to maintain high-quality development. Shareholders’ return is always the Group’s priority.
