Programmer [Ref: IRD-CW-2025]

Responsibilities:

-Develop and maintain backend microservices for telecom applications, including 5G and IoT solutions
-Troubleshoot and maintain web-based enterprise applications and support Telecom Business Support Systems (BSS)
-Enhance existing backend microservices to improve quality and service delivery
-Assist in Docker/Kubernetes platform migration and maintenance
-Conduct research on new technologies and create Proof of Concept (PoC) projects to transform ideas into new products

Requirements:

-Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Engineering or related disciplines
-Knowledge in C# / GoLang / Java / C++ / MSSQL / MySQL / Linux OS environment
-Knowledge in JavaScript (ES5/ES6), HTML, CSS would be an advantage
-Knowledge in API Microservices would be an advantage
-Knowledge in at least two of below areas: Kubernetes(K8s), Docker, CI/CD, Service Mesh, Microservices, ELK, Grafana, Agile, DevOps, Redis, Python, Windows Server, PL/SQL, Python, Oracle, MySQL DBA, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud

Technical Specialist [Ref: DID-CW-2025]

Responsibilities:

-Assist on technical research and support to ensure the technology development is aligned with Company strategy
-Organize proof of concept (PoC) and prototype design to promote strategic innovation
-Develop system architecture and technical specifications to ensure high performance and high availability of the platform
-Provide technical guidance and support to solve complex technical problems encountered during the development process
-Work closely with product managers, development teams and other relevant departments to ensure requirements are fully implemented
-Collaborate with vendors to improve Company products and services

Requirements:

-Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related disciplines
-Experience in big data, data engineering and platform design would be an advantage
-Experience in OTT, AI and innovative technology would be an advantage
-Proficient in Golang, C#.NET, and Java

Engineer Trainee [Ref: E&O-CW-2025]

Responsibilities:

-Provide 1st tier support and monitor the telecommunication services including Data services, Mobile Value-added Service, Mobile Roaming, SMS, IDD and Retail Service
-Handle real time alarm and traffic performance monitoring to meet the service quality target
-Perform restorative actions for system failure to minimize service interruption
-Troubleshoot for the customers’ complaints

Requirements:

-Degree or Higher Diploma in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
-Willing to work on 7 x 24-hour in 3 shifts
-Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

IT Security Engineer [Ref: IT-CW-2025]

Responsibilities:

-Perform risk assessments and vulnerability scans by using security scan tools
-Respond IT security incidents, conduct investigations, take recovery and preventive actions with IT and other departments
-Utilize security tools to monitor abnormal events to meet the requirements of IT security and compliance
-Assist in maintaining security controls for internal or external audit and ISO 27001 Certification; support IT security and compliance-related projects and training

Requirements:

-Degree holder in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Engineering or related disciplines
-Knowledge in information security or data privacy
-Knowledge in using Windows and Linux servers
-Knowledge in information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Benchmark is preferred
-Good analytical and communication skills

-Provide Tier 2 Support to telecommunication services including Data services, Mobile Value-added Service, Mobile Roaming, SMS, IDD and Retail Telecom Service
-Perform platform capacity planning, conduct testing, system provisioning job and maintenance support
-Perform system analysis design, application installation, system integration, administration and maintenance

Requirements:

-Degree holder in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
-Knowledge in 3G/4G/5G Telecom Network and related protocols
-Knowledge in Linux and VMWare
-Knowledge in scripting and/or programming languages such as, or equivalent to C++, Python, Perl, UNIX Shell, C Shell, .NET, Visual Basic, Java, HTML, etc.
-Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
