Technical Specialist [Ref: DID-CW-2024]

Responsibilities:

-Assist on technical research and support to ensure the technology development is align with Company strategy
-Organize proof of concept (PoC) and prototype design to promote strategic innovation
-Develop system architecture and technical specifications to ensure high performance and high availability of the platform
-Provide technical guidance and support to solve complex technical problems encountered during the development process
-Work closely with product managers, development teams and other relevant departments to ensure requirements are fully implemented
-Collaborate with vendors for improving Company products and services

Requirements:

-Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related disciplines
-Relevant experience in big data, data engineering and platform design
-Working experience in OTT, AI, and innovative technology is an advantage
-Proficient in Golang, C#.NET, and Java
-Good reporting and interpersonal skills, mature and independent

Senior Support Engineer (Data Centre) [Ref: DTC-CW-2024]

Responsibilities:

-Perform and support daily engineering activities of a data centre
-Supervise vendors in the execution of routine and corrective maintenance
-Assist project team in deploying operation and maintenance plan to ensure smooth operation of new data centre

Requirements:

-High diploma or equivalent in Building Services, or any discipline in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
-Registered Electrical License (Grade A or above) with O & M experience working in HK data centre or under any renowned vendor or contractor
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in building services or equivalent discipline with hands on skills in the operation and maintenance of Power and Chiller Plant
-Knowledge in AutoCAD, Excel, MS word, PowerPoint, MS project, etc. would be an advantage
-Support Emergency Call-Out work outside of office hours on a roster basis
-Mature, independent and self-motivated
-Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
-Candidates with less experience will be considered as Support Engineer

Pre-sales Manager [Ref: DGC-CW-2024]

Responsibilities:

-Provide sales support and pre-sales support to the sales team
-Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop solutions that fulfill customer needs
-Prepare and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients
-Perform market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities

Requirements:

-Bachelor degree holder
-Minimum 10 years’ experience in pre-sales or sales roles in technical industry
-Experience in telecommunication would be an advantage
-Knowledge in IPX, IoT, RCS, SMS, and value-added services
-Excellent communication and presentation skills

Systems Engineer [Ref: E&O-CW-2024]

Responsibilities:

-Implement provisioning order and maintenance in mobile messaging platforms
-Coordinate with internal parties, engineers and customers to implement provisioning orders
-Review service orders for completeness, accuracy, achievable delivery date and service feasibility
-Conduct testing with internal parties and customers; manage the whole process from pre-sales to completion and handoff of the service
-Manage and monitor SMS messaging system
-Support Engineering and Planning teams to ensure the network design and features meet the service requests

Requirements:

-Degree holder in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines
-Minimum 2 years’ experience in telecommunication and mobile messaging
-Experience in managing server operating systems such as Linux
-Experience in provisioning, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
-Familiar in HTTP, SMPP and TCP/IP mobile messaging protocol
-Familiar in 3G,4G and 5G protocol (SCCP/MAP/Diameter/HTTP2) would be an advantage
-Knowledge in application architecture design and software programming languages such as Perl, UNIX Shell, CShell, NET, Visual Basic, Java, HTML, etc would be an advantage
-Good reporting and interpersonal skills, mature and independent
-Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
-Candidates with less experience will be considered as junior position
