(“GDS”). Under the agreement, CITIC Telecom CPC, together with CITIC Networks Company Limited (“CITIC Networks”) and the subsidiary China Enterprise ICT Solutions Limited (“China Entercom”), have formed a long-term, stable and high performance strategic business partnership with GDS, with the aim of leveraging the expertise and advantages of each party in the data center and optic fiber network markets
