CITIC Telecom is Awarded the Top 10 Data Center (Consulting/ Implementation) by APAC CIO Outlook. APAC CIO Outlook is a magazine that aims to provide a platform for CIOs, CTOs and other senior level IT decision makers along with CXOs of solution providers to share their experiences, wisdom and advice with enterprise IT community of APAC countries.

Data Centre is an essential infrastructure for Cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence and other new developments in the Internet sector. Following the acquisition of the whole building of CITIC Telecom Tower (CTT) in 2016, the Group has started the study for the extension of high-grade data centre in CTT. There are over 190,000 ft2 space for data centers development. On 6 September 2018, CTT phase 3A data centre construction project has been completed and the opening ceremony was held.
After full renovation, CTT could provide over 4000 racks, thus becoming the largest data centre in a self-owned property in western Hong Kong.
