On 8th & 13th June, Wang Jiong, Vice Chairman and President of CITIC Group and Zhu Gaoming, Vice President of CITIC Group visited CTM and CITIC Telecom International on June 8 and 13 respectively, understanding the current business and future planning of the Company and its subsidiary, while also advised on future development direction.

CITIC Group is the ultimate holding company of CITIC Telecom and one of the largest commercial enterprises in China. CITIC Group has planned to focus on developing non-financial business segment in its ‘13th Five–Year Plan’, in which CITIC Telecom could play an important role. Besides, the ‘Internet +’ strategy of CITIC Group also coincides with the industry positioning of CITIC Telecom. Along with this direction, CITIC Telecom could grab the opportunity to explore internet-oriented telecommunications products, expand enterprise ICT service and further diversify its business scope. CITIC Telecom is also actively looking for close collaboration with the Group’s information communications business, bringing huge potential to the Company.
