(26 April 2024, Hong Kong) CITIC Telecom International Holdings Limited (“CITIC Telecom”) and Communications Association of Hong Kong (CAHK) jointly organised the “GreenTech ICT Open Day” for 2024 World Telecommunication and Information Society Day Hong Kong on 13 April (Sat). The teacher and students from St. Stephen’s Girls’ College were invited to visit CITIC Telecom’s Network Operation Centre (NOC), Data Centre and Security Operation Centre (SOC) to learn CITIC Telecom’s business operation and its contribution of GreenTech.     

On 13 April, the group of 20 from St. Stephen’s Girls’ College visited CITIC Telecom Tower to study the products and services of CITIC Telecom and the latest development trend of telecommunication industry. We got the feedback from students that the visit enabled them to learn the daily operation of telecommunication company, and realise more on the telecommunication industry, network security and ICT applications. They also recognised the brand of CITIC Telecom that the company is crucial in the industry by providing telecommunication services to the end users.

CITIC Telecom will strive to execute corporate social responsibility and continue to organise diversified activities to the public, to promote the information and telecommunication industry, and to contribute to the nurture of the young telecommunication talent.
