Group, today announced the acquisition of 100% equity interest in Acclivis Technologies and Solutions Pte. Ltd. (“Acclivis”), a subsidiary of DeClout Limited (SGX:5UZ). Acclivis serves the Southeast Asia market, mainly Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand, providing customers with comprehensive cloud facilities. It also owns the Internet service provider Pacific Internet in Singapore and Thailand. The acquisition when integrated the Group’s established business foundation in Hong Kong, Macau and the Asia Pacific region, plus Linx Telecommunications, with extensive service coverage in Europe and Asia, which the Group acquired in April this year, will give the Group unique market advantages in the region covered by the “One Belt One Road” strategy. Capitalizing on the economic development of Southeast Asian countries, the Group will strive to fully realize the value of its corporate business and generate from it substantive business revenue and growth.
