(13 May 2020, Hong Kong) — CITIC Telecom International Holdings Limited (“CITIC Telecom” or the “Group”; stock code: 1883), held its 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) today at the JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong as scheduled.

The AGM was held during the COVID-19 outbreak which is a very special time. The health of our shareholders, employees and stakeholders is of paramount importance to the Group, therefore the AGM was arranged in compliance with the relevant guidelines, implementing a number of precautionary measures, to ensure the safety of our shareholders and other participants. A number of measures were adopted, for example arranging participants to be seated a separated meeting rooms, in which these measures were recognized and supported by shareholders.

In addition to voting on the resolution presented, shareholders also had informative interactions with the Board Directors during the Q&A session, to understand further the Group’s strategies and the latest developments.
