(14 May 2021, Hong Kong) – CITIC Telecom International Holdings Limited (“CITIC Telecom” or the Group”; stock code 1883), held its 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) today at the JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong.

The meeting was chaired by the Group’s Chairman, Mr. Xin Yue Jiang, shareholders voted according to the resolutions presented and expressed interests in the Group’s development during the Q&A session. The Group’s management had informative interactions with the shareholders, allowing shareholders to have a better understanding on the Group’s strategy and latest developments. Through the discussions, shareholders had expressed their confidence over the Group’s outlook and its growth potential.

In order to ensure the health and safety of shareholders and participants, the AGM was arranged in compliance with the relevant guidelines and various measures were adopted and held at separated meeting rooms.
