(23 May 2022, Hong Kong) – CITIC Telecom International Holdings Limited (“CITIC Telecom” or the Group”; stock code 1883), held its 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) today at Admiralty Center, Hong Kong.

The meeting was chaired by the Group’s Chairman, Mr. Xin Yue Jiang, shareholders voted according to the resolutions presented, shareholders had an informative interaction with the Group’s management, affirming the Group’s practices in highly values shareholders ‘return and allowed shareholders to better understand the Group’s strategies and developments. Shareholders are very confident with the Group’s prospects through this meeting with the management.

Chairman Xin said that in the past year, despite the very difficult business environment, the management and all staff always keep a clear mind and spent great efforts to fight against the pandemic, strengthen business management and speed up the overall development. The Group will continue to put shareholders’ expectations as our top priority and will strive to bring returns to our shareholders.

In order to ensure the health and safety of shareholders and participants, the AGM was arranged in compliance with the relevant guidelines and various measures were adopted.
