CITIC Telecom International Holdings Limited officially becomes the controlling shareholder of CTM Contributing to the prosperity of Macau CITIC Telecom International Holdings Limited (hereafter referred to as “CITIC Telecom”) announced that the transaction in acquiring the stake in CTM was officially approved by the Macau SAR Government. Starting from today (24 June,2013), CITIC Telecom becomes the controlling shareholder of CTM. The new CTM Board of Directors was found today and a cocktail reception was held in the same afternoon to celebrate the occasion. Zhang Jijing, Vice President of CITIC Group Corporation, Executive Director and President of CITIC Pacific and Xin Yue Jiang, Chairman and Executive Director of CITIC Telecom are confident with the future development of CTM. They reaffirmed that CITIC Telecom will actively cooperate with the Macau SAR Government to foster the development of telecom industry, and strive to serve the society of Macau.
