As a locally rooted telecom operator, over the years, CTM (subsidiary of CITIC Telecom International), has been committed to constructing a high speed and stable network infrastructure and bringing cutting edge information technology and entertainment experience for the Macau citizens. In order to meet the growing demand of public for authentic content information, CTM cooperated with TVB to introduce TVB Anywhere service into Macau. Through CTM’s high speed and stable fiber network, providing over 10 thousand-hours of TVB dramas, 12 live broadcast channels and oversea entertainment programs. In the evening of 11 Dec,  the “TVB Anywhere ·CTM Star Entertainment Service Launching Ceremony” was held at Studio City, marking the official launch of TVB Anywhere service in Macau.

Cham said in her speech that besides committing to boosting and popularizing information technology and application services, CTM also cares about the needs of public for authentic and high quality audio-visual content services. To enable the public to enjoy convenient and diversified entertainment content through CTM’s high quality Fiber network, CTM cooperated with TVB to introduce the TVB Anywhere service to Macau, aiming at bringing more diversified entertainment experience to Macau citizens.

In order to maximize the effective use of resources to contribute back to the community, CTM specially launched the “TVB Anywhere Star Entertainment Service Donation Scheme”, by providing free TVB Anywhere Star Entertainment Service at the community service centers of local welfare organizations including FAOM, UGAMM, Macau Women’s General Association, Tung Sin Tong, Macao Holy House of Mercy, Macau Caritas, ARFM, AFEDMM and Elderly Home of Choi Nong neighborhood association. CTM envisages to make more contributions for the harmonious society under the supports and trusts of the stakeholders. During the ceremony, Mr. Xin Yue Jiang, chairman of the CITIC Telecom International officiated the donation ceremony with the representatives from the aforesaid welfare organizations to inaugurate the successfully launch of “TVB Anywhere Star Entertainment Service Donation Scheme”.
